Since this place sees no hurry to change their website offer page - would make me think how do they follow the processing of their food then? The same way - wait til a complaint and then do something months or years down the road? And the time it took them to respond to someone wanting to place an order - with so many companies going belly up you would think they would do their best to answer and/or respond to any consumer interested? Apparently the customers are not important to them?

I notice they've got refs to the WDJ approved food list on their site - maybe they figure they'll sell the food that way and not have to worry about responding to customers.  I too can't help but question if their lax practices carry on down the line to other areas of the business.  Which is a shame because that may not be the case at all but now the question is in my mind and they've done nothing to resolve what should be a relatively simple issue.
