I have been using Friskies lately since Sammy eats so much we go thru 15 or more ounces a day.  I usually feed Turkey & Giblets or Liver & Chicken,  well the other day I opened up a can of T&G 5 1/2 oz can and was dividing it up on plates I thought it looked raw.  So I took it over to inspect under a light and it really looked red & raw.  I wished I had saved some to inspect later but it totally grossed me out and I didn't want to look at it.  I wondered if anyone else had noticed anything like this?  I still have the can so I will try to remember to write down the code.

A few months ago the gang started refussing Fancy Feast Turkey & Giblets but the food didn't look different.

I don't know what to buy anymore Sammy really eats a lot of food so while I would like to give everyone wet food with better ingredients cat food is expensive.

I haven't used Friskies since we lost Punkin, but my bil does & I will ask tomorrow[ oops that's today]. Have you thought about supplementing with home cooked or raw ? It would be cheaper & better for them.
