Just wondering if anyone has tried the Feliway spray?  I am introducing my fiances cat to 2 of my cats, and thought it may help in the stress factor.

Yes it does for my pets. I had spraying issues and anxiety. I didn't use Feliway but a different product called "Quiet Moments Spray" for the cats I sprayed it in the areas they were spraying (on my bedding) for the dog I sprayed it on and around the fence (she has fence aggression) and it was like witchcraft how well it worked. (Disclaimer...I sell the Quiet Moments Spray)

I have been wondering if Feliway and other pheromone sprays and puffs actually work.  So I'll be following this thred.   I know that Bach's "Rescue Remedy" truly works - even with me!  (ha ha ha).  I just put 3-4 drops in some water, siphon it with an oral syringe and give 1 tsp to each kitty and they become quite calm.  The younger one lays on the floor with a dreamy expression - truly comical to behold.  But it lasts only for an hour or so.  Great stuff for when taking kitties to the vet's for annual check-ups or whatever.  Me?  When I feel extra-stressed, I take 5 drops and then I'm OK.

I've been using the Feliway air diffuser and find it works very well.  I plug it in about 3 weeks before we leave on vacation and then leave it while we're gone and Andy is much more relaxed with the cat sitter.  If I don't use it he has a tendency to eat less and hide while we're gone, but this way he's much more relaxed.

I also use Rescue Remedy and find that works as well.

I think it does work.  In fact it works too well on one of our cats.  He sleeps constantly and won't get up whenever it's been plugged in.

Where can I buy "Quiet Moments Spray"?  And how much does it cost?

Just wondering if anyone has tried the Feliway spray?  I am introducing my fiances cat to 2 of my cats, and thought it may help in the stress factor.

I used the Feliway diffuser for my indoor Bengal who had territorial issues with neighbor cats coming to our garden. It helped.
I also used bach flower remedy made specifically for him... he had some psychological issues from being abandoned by his
former owners, and had been in foster care for half a year. The Feliway spray is great for spraying in carriers for travel and in
very small spaces. You need to respray to be effective over an extended period. The diffuser is more effective in the home,
and it lasts 6 weeks. Feliway is available at most veterinarians' and larger petstores.

For sound advice on introducing cat to cat go to www.littlebigcat.com/index.php?action=library&act=show&item=cattocatintroductions
I folllowed the instructions when I introduced a 3 month old kitten to my Bengal. It worked like a charm... they started to play with
each other after only 5 days. The site also provides references to bach flower remedies.
