Only Natural Pet Store, second problem.

First problem, few months back, they charged me twice for the same order (and the amount with overseas shipping definitely wasn't small).

After first mistake, I was tempted to simply order the stuff from elsewhere, but decided to give it another chance because of larger selection of freeze dried treats and also I wanted to try their new line of freeze dried food. So I placed another order.

Second problem, shipment arrived today, containing wrong flavor of Ziwipeak treats and Ziwipeak dog food (lamb) istead of cat food (lamb), fortunately other flavors were OK, so I am not totally out of dry food.

In the past I had really good experiences with this company, but I think their service deteriorated in recent months.

Forgot to post this last month, had a really bad time with 1800petmeds. I had never used them before,but ordered revolution from them. I already had the rx, so I ordered online & mailed in the 2 prescriptions.Should have been 1-12 pk & 1-6 pk & with the other part of the order totaled $280.  First they sent me an email saying my credit card wouldn't go through, so I immediately check my card & everything is fine & they say no one from the co tried to put it through. So I call them & make sure they have the right # & they try again while I'm on the phone & say it won't go through again. So I give them a different card,debit this time & she says it went through. A week later I get the order & its only 2-6 pks & the receipt is for $136. So I check my credit card acct & bank acct & I've been billed for the $280 twice + the $136. So I call them to complain & they say they will fix the 2-$280 charges but only got 1 rx from me. I sent them stapled together with a printed copy of the order.After being transferred 3 x I gave up & said they had lost a customer. The extra charges did come off a day later, but I am missing 6 mo's of revolution & because we switched vets will have to do the recheck earlier than necessary to get a new one.
 Only Natural has not messed up any of my orders but the last 2 were 3-4 weeks before I got them.

Rats!  and I need to re-order some supplies from them... maybe they've changed something in their packing and shipping department... people who c't read or speak English too well like what happened at Evangers (sending dogfood to people who've ordered catfood - that sort of thing).
