Darn, the pic must be on one of the photo sites that my workplace blocks, so I will have to wait til I get home to see her! And I want so much to see her!
edit--Now I can see it! Tortitude is right! I am sure that Isis will agree that Sassy is gorgeous.
Oh, she will have beautiful babies!
PS--your garage looks so orderly! I'm jealous.

Sassy has been moved into her own bedroom in the house. It got so hot in the garage, even with fans going, that it just wasn't good for anyone. Now I'm hoping that we don't have repercussions, even though the cats will never lay eyes upon her. I haven't heard a word from her since I closed the door so I'm sure she's napping and enjoying being out of that garage.
I also emailed the rescue who took Linus to see if they have a foster who will keep her until the babies are born and weaned. It would be so much better for everyone (except me) if we didn't have a "guest" since Jess is really stressed about other cats here and poor Gracie is the victim. (CJ went ballistic just seeing Sassy through the window, too.) Whatever, we're settled for now and everyone is comfortable and cooler.
Thanks for the kind words. She is definitely a tortie, but with a huge gentle, lovey personality. I bet her babies will be beautiful.

Aw, so kind of you to make her more cool and comfortable, despite all the potential problems! I hope you can find a foster spot for her soon.
C'mon Jess, CJ, give your catmom a break. She's heard you loud and clear, and the new kitty isn't here to stay forever. So you two just need to chill out for a bit.

She does look like a nice, peaceful cat. I just read on the other thread that you had rescued her from those fighters and got her checked out. It is very kind of you to do this!

It's so good that you have taken this kitty 'under your wing of protection' for now. I love that picture, too.

It's nice that Sassy now has her own bedroom. It will be easier on your nerves as well since you won't have to worry so much about her wanting to get outside from the garage. I'm sure she will become acclimated to her space, and the other cats may even chill out eventually when they get used to her scent in the house, but realize that she is not a threat to them. I'm such a control freak that I would have trouble giving her up to a foster mom until she has her kittens! But, I understand you have to do what is best for your situation. Will pray for peace in catmom?'s house! You are a good person.

Things are NOT going well having her in the house. Twice she has zoomed out the bedroom door and chased my other cats all fluffered up and ready to fight! I just cannot take chances with her getting ahold of CJ or any of them. What am I going to do? I haven't heard back from any of the rescues yet and I'm just feeling sick right now. Sassy is a pretty street smart girl and she could whoop mine. Right now they are terrified and hiding. What am I going to do?
