A 2-year-old male we adopted.  He's in confinement until everybody gets used to him.  Some of the inmates in this joint are staging a walk out.   Tongue

JustMe, let them threaten but I suspect they will realize quickly how good they have it and come back begging......well cats dont beg for the most part, but you get my drift....lol

Your new addition is a beauty!    Is that an all-black tail I see?  Pray tell, more info pretty please, where you got him, does he have a background story that you know?  Yippee!  Another kitty in a safe, loving forever home!!!  Reason to celebrate at Itchmo!   Grin

Great pictures of your new kid!  He really has cleaned up a lot from the first photo. Lucky, lucky boy!!

Sorry Cassi, but you don't get any sympathy from me, here, although my five would likely walk the picket line with you.  Grin

JustMe -
Your new kitty is very handsome!  Love his markings.  I hope you will share more of the story of how you came about adopting him.  Hopefully the gang will welcome him in time.   Cheesy

Yes, he does have a black tail and a little black dot on one ear.

I'm calling him BJ for now, short for broken jaw.  He has a broken jaw that healed on its own before he was found wandering around by some wonderful people.  They say he was dirty and greasy.

So, he drools a little at times due to his crooked jaw/mouth.  Amazingly he was eating kibble and occasional Fancy Feast.  He was free fed kibble.  He ate about 2-1/2 to 3 ounces of Wellness since noon.  We'll see how his appetite is tomorrow.

I may have to drag out the kibble   Shocked    Shocked  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked Shudders!

But, he is a sweet, sweet boy.

Thanks for all the well wishes.

Congratulations on the addition of BJ!  What a happy ending for the story of a stray kitty with a broken, crooked jaw!

Actually, about 3 oz. since noon isn't too bad for a kitty in new surroundings.  Maybe you won't have to break out the kibble just yet.

He looks like a really sweet boy.

Very good looking kitty and another lucky one, thanks to you, Justme!  Love the bold facial markings.

Did you get the yen for a white cat with a black tail and head markings from Don Earl's Scruff by any chance?
