Boob always wants to be close to Smoggy. Smoggy tolerates him here because he's close but not too close!  Cheesy

Twisty sleepin'! He loves my green barbells for some reason.  Cheesy

Boob’s adorable sleeping face! It’s funny how he just wants to be close to the Smogster.

That's so adorable how Haboob is holding your hand while you work on the computer!   Kiss

Toleration is fantastic.  I just saw a Jackson Galaxy thing on YouTube where he said that "on a good day" his cats tolerate each other, and that gave me great relief to hear.   Cheesy  So seriously, it's awesome! ... and so sweet that Boobie just wants to be nearby.

Yes, Boob usually wants to be close by...

Too close Boob! Too close!  Cheesy

I think this is the only time I've seen all three of them eating together.

Lol Boob’s arm-napping. You weren’t using that arm for anything anyway, right?  Cheesy

Very cool to see the side-by-side dining!

I am always amazed to see such tidy dining habits. For mine, only Sophie prefers eating by herself, others all tend to go for the same plate, even when there is half of the same can on another plate  Cheesy So it is usually three plates in a row, and three cats around one plate, while Sophie eats by herself somewhere high up.

Boob does love to get up close and personal!  Cheesy He loves to get in the way when I'm doing my physical therapy exercises. The exception is when my friends come over. He runs and hides and Stormy and Smoggy come out to get some attention!

Stormy normally likes to eat away from the boys. She will however go to each of their dishes and take a bite just to show them who's boss.  Cheesy

The kitties all had their checkups recently and it was an adventure to be sure. Boob got so upset that his temperature shot up to 105 and he couldn't get his vaccinations. I had to bring him back a week later all drugged up on gabapentin so they could examine him properly and give him his shots. He has a heart murmur and the vet told me to keep an eye out for any tiredness, panting ect. I hope he doesn't have what Cosmo had.

Stormy also has a heart murmur (first I've heard of it). The vet didn't seem concerned about it though. Otherwise she is healthy and has lost 3 lbs over the last 2 years. Vet still wants her to lose another pound but I think that's asking too much! She's not fond of being on a diet.

Smoggy also lost a couple pounds on the diet. He vomits regularly so the vet had me try some pepcid in the evening. His only other problem is really bad breath. He already has tartar build up even though he had a cleaning 6 months ago. Vet wants to try some kind of new water additive but they didn't have it in yet. Boob also has terrible breath so I think I might give it a try.

Could you find a vet which does home visits? Two of mine get heart murmur at the vet's and they are fine at home.

If you are worried about Haboob, you could also do heart ultrasound, and there is also some blood test for heart function, we did that for Mitzie when we brought her in for dental and were told at the clinic she had a heart murmur (and she was fine at home, and according to blood test and ultrasound her heart was fine, just the stress of being in the clinic caused the murmur).

LOL about Stormy eating a bite from each of the boys' dishes.   Cheesy  Yeah, you show em who's top boss cat!

Last time I was at the vet (with Chami), I asked if there was someone who could come to my house to give everybody a checkup, or if there was a place in Japan that he could recommend to do that... our doctor apologized and said he didn't know of anyone  Sad .  Lucky Alek0!  Poor Booby for having such anxiety at the clinic that you actually had to take him back a week later like that.  Urghhhhh.

I sure hear about heart murmurs a bunch here and there.  I wonder why they seem to be so common?

Great news that everyone is slimming up and doing well!   Kiss
