I guess it needed a little tightening up, didn't it? I wonder if posts to Off Topic should get pruned periodically to save them space? Maybe after a set time period of inactivity? I hate to think of them paying money for space that is not used by anyone. Also, maybe there should be some reasonable limit or suggested limit upon the number of new topics that a poster starts per day? And thanks from me, too.
Klondike, Good points, all of them. Thanks, Itchmo, and do what you need to do with the Off Topic section to keep it reasonable space-wise, since so much is just copied and pasted from the Internet anyway.

Thanks Itchmo!
Maybe posters could just post links if it is a long article and maybe a notation of what the link is about rather than copying whole texts which in some cases are copywrited to begin with. That would cut down on space, as well.

Text doesn't take up much space, so no need to prune. Keep posting and have fun.
BTW, Filbert's looking into a faster/bigger/spacious service right now. Cross your fingers.

Thanks Itchmo ! - Maybe we could try the time limit. If noone has read or posted in the topic for a certain amount of time, delete it.

Thanks, Itchmo and Filbert! As this place grows, it'll need a little tidying up from time to time.

Thanks Itchmo, and an even bigger thanks to all of you regular posters - you know who you are. I've learned so much I didn't know before. We've all laughed at each other's posts, cried along with posters in crisis, and worried together when pets seemed ill. We've grown to care about people we wouldn't recognize on the street. (I still worry about karvskitties. Hope she's ok). I am grateful for all the advice and concern posted on this forum.
