What will Mary be like when she hits 2K?

Geez, I have got to start being more active at night.  I miss too much that is going on.  Sleep?  Who needs it?

Actually Klondike, I thought the hairy ear meant that you were turning into a werewolf or something at 2000 posts.  The moon is new, not full, though...

maybe for werewolf women, it's the new moon instead of the full moon.

I too was almost holding my breath waiting for Klondike to hit 3K.

And it is close to the new moon again...

What will Klondike find today?

Are you sure you saw that?  Look at the count now.

The collective grasp on reality slips a little more with each passing day.

Ah, catwoods?  I note you have now broken the 1K mark.  Any new critters in your life lately?

Do fleas count as critters? Grin A few of those have turned up in the last few days so we'll be resorting to flea products soon. Right before I was about to hit 1000 we saw a dark shape in the woods on a walk, and I did think for a moment, there's my next cat, but it turned out to be the neighbor's dog. (It was a hazy dusk and it was far off when first seen.)

I did look for some pet jokes for #1000, but just didn't find anything really suitable, but if I run across something good I'll post it. Might take awhile, I'm just awfully busy these days....
