Itchmo and Forum SLOW???

It looks like the same symptoms that we had last week after the updated server.  Last week it turned out to be another account abusing our server, which is pretty frustrating b/c we changed hosts in the hopes that we would be avoiding such situations... it is being looked at now.  If it is the same problem, we'll need to see if support can give us any guarantees that it won't happen again.

It's a pretty common problem that plagues servers. My host tracks down the offending spammer and just deletes everything in his account, wipes the disk clean of him. These guys puts terrible loads on the mysql server with their spam, making it unusable.

Or, it could be someone running a errant script somewhere.

Webhosts should get rid of these guys as soon as possible because they will lose a lot of business.

   I could not even get on Itchmo for a few hours. Started having withdrawl symptoms!!!!!!!!!!!

It's insanely slow. You need more server power perhaps? Getting popular fast. It happened to eBay too.
