I have tried to reply to a newer members pm and I get the message her box is full. How many PMs do new members get?  Thanks ahead

I didn't see the link I really do not read a lot on here and am in and out like a rabbit  This must be it..I did get 2 messages from her but wasn't able to send her 3 ...I think I did send her two back. The time in here does not reflect my time so maybe PM 1 was before 12 AM my time..I don't know but thanks 

Did I get this right?  The itchmo posts says newbies can't SEND more than 1 PM (personal message) OUT, not that they can't recieive more than one PM.  So why can't the newbie get a dozen PM's in her/his box right away?  Is there maybe a setting in Preferences that sets the number you can get at one time?

And what does 'can't send more than 1 PM' mean?  Does that mean 1 per day, or one & only one until the newbie turns into a junior?  And how many posts does it take to turn a newbie to a junior?

(sorry, a bit confused by all this)

I'll check preferences on my account & see if maybe there is somewhere in there you can block all PM's or limit the amount.  Maybe one of those settings is off.
