Blessedly, it's still pretty warm here in New York.
I hope those of you out there who have joined the forums are able to see these cute kittens.
Please, if you know of anyone who might be interested, please let me know.  They are really a delight and they are very people oriented.  Tons of purrs come at you when you pick them up and hold them.  The male, who I named Sonny has all his shots, as does the female who I named Minnie.
As soon as my vet comes back, Sonny will be neutered.  Even though he is not 6 months old, he is over 6 pounds...........it's time.

Please help me spread the word for these 2.

Blessings, hugs and purrs,
Peg, Minnie and Sonny

Peg- I wish I could take one, they are adorable !I already have 3 dogs,2 cats & a hermit crab. I may have to take my brothers bird also. My husband would kill me if I got any more. I will ask around. Have you posted them on petfinder.com ? I found a good local home for my Aunt's dog on there. She hated kids & other animals & wasn't easy to place.

Thanks Lesliek.    I had a hermit crab once myself.  Drove my cats nuts!!  Your house sounds like tons of fun!

I have debated utilizing petfinder.com.  I had some inquiries today.  They sound somewhat promising.  I guess I'm being a little fussy, but I worked so hard with these guys and they are amazing.  The other 3 all went to homes in the same week and they are doing wonderfully well.  The owners are keeping me in the loop still.

I had someone come to see them this weekend.  "Neither one go with my house", she said Huh Huh Huh

My reply, "Neither one will go to your house either.  Please leave."  Of course I then spouted a few other words after she left.  Wacko is the only one I can print.

She reminded me of a Paris Hilton wannabe.  How sad that they choose pets for decoration and not for unconditional love and affection.

Will keep petfinder.com filed in my mind.  Thanks again Lesliek.

Fingers crossed Wink
I spoke to a wonderful gentleman who is coming to my home to potentially adopt the red male kitten.  He has a 2 1/2 year old who is a bit sad since her 16 year old friend passed in September.
He sounds like a wonderful person, we spoke for over 2 hours on Friday.

He'll be here tomorrow with his cat carrier in hand............

So glad you found a good home for one of the kittens - here's hoping you have similar luck with his mother and sister! They are adorable.  Smiley

And perhaps that other woman should purchase a stuffed animal, custom-designed to match her furniture.  Roll Eyes

Thank you OF..........I've been doing the happy dance all over!!!

I can't believe how many people have come to look at the cats............and said that the colors, markings, ears and faces were not to their liking Angry.  One guy said that the kitten's ears were too big and that it gave an "alien" appearance.  I asked him what planet he was from before I escorted him off my property.......

Good grief Huh

I wonder if those people expect their partners, children, etc. to go with their furniture too.

I thought the ears were the cutest part on these adorable sweeties!  Hope that guy never sees a Sphynx cat...

What?  What jerks these people are.   Angry  Peg, I would have taken them both in a heartbeat if I had room.  I have 9 already.  I only adopt them in pairs now if they are littermates or get along very well together.

Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them
I just am....forever and ever and ever.

That's terrible! How could anyone not find them adorable...how could anyone not find any kitten adorable. But I'm one of those who loves every cat I see. I'm with JustMe, in that I would take them too if I could have more cats (five is my limit for now), and if I lived anywhere near you (I'm in Missouri).

I think there are those who now look at four legged fur kids as accessories, as opposed to a very important part of their lives.
