Thx!  I bookmarked and signed up as well.

Some of the links on the left hand side of homepage are particularly good.  Even if you know all the keeping food safe kitchen routines, I bet you may think of someone new to running a kitchen who doesn't.  Read and pass the link along or if it is for an elderly person who may not be a seasoned computer user, print it out and hand to him or her!  I'm thinking particularly of a Grandpa who recently lost his beloved wife.  Many older men never had to cook for themselves or give any thought to food safety.
