Mattel has always been a brand that We all trusted. Especially all the Moms'. i'm glad they are being sued. They deserve it. And so don't a lot of other companies. I don't trust any of the big names anymore. and of course, No China For Xmas!

You absolutely cannot trust the manufacters of anything to regulate themselves, obviously,
not toys, tires, toothpaste, pet food, beef, vegetables, or anything else you can name.
Get off the dime, Washington, and do something real, with penalties and fines and mandatory
safety testing/inspection that will make doing so not worth the loss of profits.

"The lawsuit, filed in Delaware's Court of Chancery, also accuses three current members and one former member of Mattel's board of directors of engaging in illegal insider trading by dumping more than $33 million (€23.33 million) in stock before the company's massive toy recalls this summer."

Does anyone know how the lawsuit is progressing??

not a bad idea, but most of the corps have insurance against recalls, so they really aren't hurt by them, we would need fines outside the realm of insurance to make a dent in the profits, or if we could sue the individuals involved for with holding information, then they would take notice.

I used to think that anyone doing anything weird was weird. I suddenly realized that anyone doing anything weird wasn't weird at all and it was the people saying they were weird that were weird.
