I was getting really hungry with all this ice cream talk until I read this.  Ugh, my appetite has been replaced by nausea.  Glad I didn't pick up a deli sandwhich at the store the other day since they are loaded with sprouts.  Thanks, YB, this is in my area.  Good to know.
