I don't know of any local places to buy fresh meat......I used to order from a place in the midwest (don't want to mention brand names but I'm sure you know who I'm talking about)......the beef was heavenly. My biggest problem is storage......small fridge & freezer.......no room for anything bigger. Does anyone know if this place really has fresh meat?
There is a butcher not far from here.......I also believe it's kosher........maybe I should go check them out. Somebody told me that I can get beef heart there (haven't found that yet for Hannah). If nothing else, have them grind up a steak for me. I hate to admit it but I miss my burgers/meatloaf but I'm too afraid to buy beef.
Not ready for buffalo, zebra or tasmanian devil burgers quite yet......
