It's not a harness...it replaces the widely used chained choke collars.  This collar was worked wonders for me Smiley  It keeps the neck/head up.  The top ring/loop sits where a typical choke chain would reside - slightly behind the ears during a correction.  This collar avoids the mishaps that could possible happen with a regular choke chain ie neck injury/throat injury etc etc.

Imagine 2 collars with supports going from one to the other all the way around.

Oh for cryin out loud.  I just discovered this & HAD 2 of these bowls in use 24/7 holding water and here I have cat with IBD Shocked Angry.  Cripes, have now gone to tupperware.
