You know what your cat thinks when it's a laid back morning and..

Everybody eats a round one of breakfast, chases each other and comes back for round 2 of grazing...and..

Ling is merrily eating, stops, looks at me sitting at the computer.. and hurls a hairball at me  Tongue  and sits staring at me.

(Her first in months.) She sits watching me go get towels, clean it up, and when I'm done she goes turns back around to her dish and resumes eating.  (can you say "slave" or "fix it mommie")

Or,

Scooter (with just trimmed claws) jumps to the desk which has a throw rug on one end for them, and just hangs there. She turns & gives me the very evil eye. She can't pull herself up  Shocked  She flops back onto the floor and makes a jump to land perfectly on the rug, flops and knocks the coffee cup over onto the keyboard. She smirks. "Pay back is hell, isn't it mommie?"  Tongue

Sounds like Scooter and Ling know just how to handle Mommy! Yours is the first post I read this morning, and it's great to start with a smile. Give the catkids a scritch from me.

LOL Offy, too funny!  Im thinking perhaps you ought to PM someone your phone number and address in case you dont show up in the next day or so here, we can send out a posse' to make sure you are OK.... Shocked  What do they do, they must have had a group meeting last night while you were sleeping and came up with the attack plan for this morning.  Actually, you have to admit its quite smart on their part, to catch you while you still arent quite awake and go forth with their plan!    Grin

LOL  I am sure they are all off somewhere plotting how to get you next!

My cats have taught me to always, absolutely always, use a covered travel mug when drinking anything at the computer. I think when we are on the computer they feel competition, like we are not paying enough attention to them.  So they will do anything they can to get that ol' computer.  How is your keyboard doing?  If your next posts contain only the letter R or something, we'll know that the coffee wasn't healthy for it.

When my older daughter was moving out to her college apartment, she had disassembled her computer and was carefully packing it up.  Phantom walked over to the keyboard and hurled right onto it!  Took us hours to clean that keyboard--had to pop off each key, clean the contacts underneath with a swab dipped in a special cleaner, let it dry, and then put it back together.

The space bar was always a little erratic after that.

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy  oh man ... I know exactly what you guys mean!

If I wasn't around to "witness" Kaffe's poopoo creation, he runs to me and meows, turns around to lead me to the box, where I must say, "Wow!  Goooood boy!"  he preens and then flops on the bathroom floor expecting me to wipe his butt with a babywipe.  Heaven help me if I don't becuase then he'll scoot his butt on a rug or on the carpet.
