Love the photo, pygmypets! We were out in the 'country' today looking for local eggs. It's getting to be a REAL problem to find them. We had no luck and then noticed a sign for a winery that we had never heard of. (Not too many people attempt growing grapes in a rain forest!)
We wound down a lovely lane to a little cottage surrounded by flowers and ferns and tall fir trees. It was almost a mystical setting. The little place was jammed full of people from all over the place, U.S. and other countries. (JJ, a lady was from Chicago and she was complaining about the 10.25% sales tax and how bad services were...)
Everyone was swilling wine and and unpastuerized local cheese. (None of the "stuff the gov'mint sells...") We got shoved into a corner and couldn't get back out for quite awhile and quite a few samples. Of course we bought some of that local brew and cheese.

So this is the business idea for the times we are living in. Local comfort is what the people want!
