I hope you have deep pockets. That can get quite expensive. Up here (Canada), Midwest charges $2600 for a complete AAFCO profile (not that you want to do all that). It's no wonder PFCs don't do this on a regular basis. Of course, they have zillions more dollars than I do, so they should be doing it. What kinds of things are you interested in testing for?

Don has macro and micro nutrients of various foods.  The results are curious - all over the map.  I wonder if testing one food over time would be revealing of manufacturing practices?

I think there are so many variables in manufacturing that it would be hard to tell where the problem, if one exists, actually originated. One thing I would think might be interesting to check is for true protein. No one does that. I'm still wondering if any of the foods are adulterated with non-protein nitrogen (melamine, old shoe leather, etc.).
