If anyone out there has any pet food they are willing to surrender, I would like to have it tested for the presence of illegal gmo's. AS you may know, there was a recall of Bt63 rice in Europe on April 26 that was imported from China and not legal for sale anywhere. It arrived in the EU between Jan and March of 2007, just around-- the same time we experienced the pet food problem.

I understand that you may have reservations about giving up your pet food because it is your only proof that your pet ate the brand and was sickened by it. If this helps, I would be willing to provide you with a notarized letter upon receipt. If it is a dry sample, I would not need much, so you needn't send the whole bag--but please provide me with the brand and lot#'s etc. I will still send a certified letter upon receipt that the sample belongs to you.
Actually, we may be able to arrange for you to send the sample directly to the lab with the agreement that I will pay for the tests and we will both receive the results together. I will check with the lab about this type of arrangement.
Thank you,
DMS
