I'd like to see a list of those foods that individuals or groups like Don's group have had tested that have tested negative for toxins, whether done by private lab or state ag.  Not stuff tested by pet food companies or FDA.

What flavors/varieties of Friskies, Trudy?  If you don't mind posting... I have loooong suspected that humble Friskies even with some by-products was safer than some so-called high-end foods like that nefarious, terrible, absolutely horrible, N**ro.   Grin

Thanks, Trudy.  This is what I am interested in.  We only hear about positive tests, I'd like to see if anything tested negative.

early May, 2007, SD KD-regular, KD-Chicken cat food wet tested negative for melamine only via frozen urine sample sent to UC Davis, tested in San Bernardino by CAHFS. No other tests for toxins performed. The cat who produced this urine sample began eating Hills Science Diet KD prescription and KD-Chicken prescription purchased from my veterinarian in late January 2007 through and including the sample collection date, May 2, 2007.

Some of the cans were Friskies Salmon, and I think friskies whitefish.
