Remember Sheba cat food?  It used to come in those little trays with the beautiful black cat picture?  I didn't realize it now comes in cans.  Think they discontinued the trays.  Anyway, our cats tried some cans of turkey pate and they seemed to like them. Going to try chicken next.

JM,
I tried it many years ago when it was in the little trays.  I haven't seen it around for a long time, though. The trays were for supplemental feeding only (which I, unfortunately, did not notice right away).  Check the label and see if these new cans are the same or if they are nutritionally complete.

ETA:  I just looked at website and they are now 100% balanced and complete.  When I used them, my cats loved them, but then I realized that they were not complete so we changed to something else.

So far, we've tried the chicken and the turkey.  They seem to like them as a treat.

I don't remember now if they like the old one in the trays...  I might have used it as a treat since it was supplemental.  Will look around and see if I ever posted about it.  They have it at Walmart here...haven't checked the grocers for the cans yet though.  It might be worth a try if you can find it locally, Sandi.
