extruder,scmuder.

Here's the real stuff!  Wet food though.

Real "natural" cat food in home food processor  Cato's recipe.

JustMe's Tiger and Callie (taste testers)

professional cleaning system to clean "processing equipment" between food runs.

Spartycat's cleanup crew guarantees not a morsel of real natural cat food will be left on "equipment".

OMG, never thought anyone could come up with a 3 day conference on this stuff!

There are a few talks I'd like to sit in on to see what they had to say - quality control, mycotoxin issues, formulating "natural" pet foods, LEAST COST formulation (can think of a few places that do that!) and the vitamin premix talk.

Too bad we can't send an itchmo crew to listen in, bet we'd get some interesting inside info.

Maybe there is an opportunity for us to at least e:mail them and tell them what we see from our side of things and what we would like to see them cover also?   Just a thought...

Just because you can invent this extruded stuff, when are they going to ask should you?
Pet kibble/human breakfast cereal/human junk food snacks, it's what's for dinner?
That thought keeps me from buying a lot of things.

"Registration fee for the short course and pilot plant demonstrations is $1,595.00 and includes Sunday evening mixer, daily lunch, refreshments at breaks, local transportation, a short course eBook manual, and certificates of completion."

Maybe they should have to "sample" some of the "food" they make during the breaks and lunches. Just a thought . . .

Now we know why these guys have to make so much money - their conferences are a bit pricey!!! Shocked

Heck, they probably set the cost so high so that none of us "real people" would be able to afford to go!

Where are they holding it--a classy resort on the Riviera?

catbird I second that thought. Price it high to keep out the 'real' people.
