Why am I getting the impression here that the government regulator, the standard setter, is kissing behind of the stakeholders, minus
any concern for the consumer?

What I see is "the system" has lost control of itself, everything is out of control and I do not even know where to begin to change it.

It's the most frustrating scenario ever by any stretch.

Doesn't FSIS have a dictionary or two available to them?  Seems they need to look up the definition of "natural".
