Ahem. My cats adjust MY schedule when we go back to standard time. No doubt these guys want to be fed earlier now, but I kind of wean them back to my schedule over time.

I try to feed at the same time, but it takes a couple days to make the adjustment in the mornings.  After a few days, everyone is back in sync with the clock!   Cheesy

Good question on feeding time. Does anyone  know if animals experience the change in time or is it just their hoomans?

According to my clan, it's a man-made phenomenon. Today, at 5 p.m. (6 central daylight time), they were really angry with me for not having fed them at their usual supper hour. They get antsy with a half hour late, nevermind one hour.

My cats take a few days to reset their "clocks,"  too.  With the "fall behind" time change, they are always wanting their meals an hour early.  But Cameo is an exception.  I swear she can read the clock!  She is used to eating at 9pm, and when the clock says 9, give or take a minute, she will be asking for her food.  Not at 8 when the others, who haven't adjusted, think it's time to eat.

I have never been able to figure out how she does it.
