Oh, these pictures are so beautiful! I guess, never having been there, I've always thought of Hong Kong as very urban and bustling. But there is amazing natural beauty as well! The photos just made me take a deep breath and go, "Aaaaaah...."

How beautiful ! I always thought of it as mostly city too , I guess it's more a mix like Hawaii .

Aleko, Just gorgeous!  I also always thought of Hong Kong as a big city with amazing sky scrapers!! I had no idea of such beauty there.  thank you for sharing.

I really like the reflection of the sky and clouds in the water in that first picture.  It has a very serene feel to it.

20 min by bus from the beginning point of the trail. Quite a few hiking trails here are quite convenient to get to and rather close to the city. But once you go over the first hill, you get all those lovely green views, and about one hour into the trail you just see greenery and hear the streams (love the sound of running water) and chirping birds. There are also lots of butterflies in the area, really huge swallowtails.
