The tart with the shiny glaze looks like a large nut cup without the nuts.

Is there a computer application I don't know about, one where you can pass tangible items through the computer screen to those reading this thread?  If so, I'm first in line!!

AlekO, your creations are out of this world.  You could have an incredible business selling these beauties!  What amazing talent you have!

Hey purringfur!  Who said you are first in line?  I thought I was!   Grin I guess Alek will just have to make everyone their very own individual cakes! My order is chocolate with cream-filling and raspberries!  Wink

He he, wouldn't it be nice to pass items through computer screen, it would be nice to make desserts for people who'd appreciate them more Smiley

Cake for this weekend (lemon shortcrust base, lemon pastry cream and lemon sponge layers, coconut on the side, decorated with gumpaste frangipani):

I love lemon pastries!  And the frangipani look so very real.

I don't care where I am in line.  Cheesy  Even the leftovers of these cakes would be wonderful.

Oh that looks so yummy! Your cakes never cease to make my mouth water for a itsy-bitsy taste.

How lucky your BF is, and he doesn't even know it. SAD.
