Thank you!

Muffins are already gone, but I didn't want to throw away the swans, so I just decorated a dummy cake (no real one this weekend, bf is on diet  Grin):

Beautiful!

Maybe you could start making decorative salads instead of cakes for BF.  Grin

I don't blame you for keeping the swans!  They are so lovely.  I agree, maybe there is a way to shape some sort of paste that can be used as a salad topper... Grin

My daughters birthday is Thursday & she wants an Alek0 cake. I told her no way,so she wants you to come visit & make her 1. If you prefer I will spring for a 1 way ticket for her & she can be your assistant.

Is that the fancy name for Bromeliad? The fan shape of the flower looks exactly like the one I have that used to have a flower.

OMG, Alek0, I think your flowers look better than the picture they are sitting next to.  Can't wait to see the rest of your masterpiece!

Thanks a lot!

Lesliek, I wish I was closer, I just love making cakes Sad

JJ, I think it is something in that family. Sorry about fancy names, I am not good with real plants, so I just find something I like in Encyclopedia , find more photos of it from different angles on the net and make the thing, so usually I don;t know the common name.

Here is the finished topper:
