http://www.fda.gov:80/oc/vonEschenbach/andys_take/default.html

Either Commissioner von Eschenbach is totally delusional or I am as a U.S. consumer. Never
has a federal regulator of food and drug safety done such a bad job as under Andy's
administration. Imprisonment for life for total failure to pursue the safety and public protection
duties assigned to the FDA and possibly taking multiple bribes of one form or another from food industry lobbyists
comes to mind.

I'm going with Andy being delusional since I spend so much time asking "Are they NUTS?!"

Might as well throw in other suspicions about the very nature of the FDA
approval process and the propriety of fast track approval paid for by the
product or drug manufacturers, too.
