The Strongheart dog food has been around since I was a young kid (11) that we fed to our German Shepherd Beauregard. Hopefully back then it was not made from anything harmful or uncooked, yech. It is still sold here in IL I believe I used to see it at Jewel grocers, Food 4 Less, used to even be in Wal mart yrs ago, K-Mart.
