sharky the Jason's toothpaste that I said I use is fluoride free-as stated in my post from Nov. 16, 2007. One thing to make sure of is that your dentist (off topic) is not using fluoride treated wedges when putting in new or replacement fillings for your teeth. I found out after my dentist had done this only by him mentioning that was next step in one of last few teeth I'm having re-done. Put a stop to that by asking him to now use anything with fluoride as it can be detrimental to people with thyroid problems also. Back on topic - Also make sure the bottled water you buy (if you do but it) is processed with reverse osmosis as this removes a great deal of the toxins in the water like mercury and fluoride.

thank you on occation I cannot read:).. have you read on the natural fluorides??
yup I love RO .. but luky for me I live where chlorine and floride arent std treatment for the water ...
