Foods available for testing:
I'll be glad to give these to anyone who is pursuing a legal case for a sick or injured pet.

Here is general info with lot numbers.  I will give more specifics to interested parties who PM me.  Expect to be able to prove to my satisfaction that you are a genuine pet parent with a case, not just a corporate shill looking to collect and destroy any evidence!

All foods were purchased in southern Wisconsin, February-early March 2007.

Canned foods, all 3-oz. cans:
Nutro Max Cat
--Salmon and Whitefish Entree BB Dec 18 09 1344C1
--Seafood and Tomato Bisque  BB Oct 18 09 0763C1
--Savory Hunter's Stew with Duck  BB Dec 18 09 0022C1
--California Chicken Supreme Dinner  BB Nov 21 09 1648C1 and BB Dec 18 09 0624C1
Fancy Feast
--Ocean Whitefish and Tuna Feast BB Feb 20 09  70391162  L21650925
--Elegant Medleys Chicken Florentine (this is the one that caused the infamous foamy vomit)  BB Dec 20 08  63481160L  1FV101114

Dry food, not in bags, no lot numbers available because I put it into other containers for storage and threw away the bags:
Nutro Max Cat Gourmet Classics Dry, Chicken flavor (orange bag)
Nutro Natural Choice Complete Care Indoor (white and green bag)
Nutro Natural Choice Complete Care Senior (white and purple bag)

These are all mixed together because that is the way I fed them.  (I do differently now!)

Yesterday I posted this under the "Fancy Feast users please read" thread in "Your Problems with Pet Food" when it really should have gone here.

I have some unopened food that I purchased on March 1, 2007, and a few months preceding that date. I'm not endorsing or critisizing this food or suggesting there's anything wrong with it. I can't afford to test it and I'm just offering it to someone who wants it for testing, since I can't. We can ship it somewhere, although maybe not soon because of being excessively busy.

2 cans as follows:

Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys Turkey Florentine

Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys Turkey Florentine

I have never fed the above type to my cats and have no experience to report. I'm not recommending or condemning this food.

9 cans of Fancy Feast of various flavors all containing wheat gluten:

Grilled Turkey Feast in Gravy
Best By: Dec 2008

Due to physical limitations I'd prefer not to type out the other eight cans unless someone indicates interest.
All of the above was purchased on March 1, 2007 in the Southern U. S. I have the original sales slip. I did not feed any of the food in this purchase to my cats. In the past my cats have had no problems with Fancy Feast, but that is my experience only and is not a recommendation or condemnation of this food.

3 cans of Iams "in sauce" variety that are not on the recall list - purchased in January or February of 2007 and containing wheat gluten:

Flakes with Tuna and Ocean Whitefish in Sauce
270608 US61593 538
61784197W4 2002

Flakes with Salmon in Sauce
230308U561593 539
60824197W4 0157

Flakes with Salmon in Sauce
230308 U561593 539
60824197W4 0157

(Numbers difficult to read on above)

My three cats ate one of these cans with no problems but again, this is my experience only and not an endorsement or condemnation of this food.

I'm new and if this isn't done correctly let me know. If this will help someone let me know.

In cleaning out a cupboard yesterday, I also found one of the dreaded Nutro Natural Choice pouches that I purchased around Thanksgiving last year.  (This is the stuff that I believe gave one of my cats the very odd symptoms for several days--weakness, tiredness, spraying, excessive bottom-licking.  I don't know if this is the exact flavor that she ate because I purchased different flavors at the time.)  It is:

Sandi- I'll check on saturday, she's away tomorrow. If they went out of date she may have gotten rid of them though. I know she got rid of a lot of the dry when nobody needed it.

We both have poison food stashes,so she might still have some. I've been getting rid of stuff as it goes out of date but still have a 32 gal trash can full.If I had more room in the freezer I would freeze some of each before it goes out. But the dog & cat food takes up a lot of freezer space. I really need to get a 3rd one.

As it is no one but me will take any containers out of the freezer ! I label everything, but they are afraid they will eat dog meatloaf or cat stew by mistake ! If I get a 3rd one I could always just paint a skull & cross bones on it. That should be self explanatory.

Well, My special foil packets are triple freezer bagged....the outer one says HAZARDOUS..the middle one say POISONOUS...and the inner one says DO NOT USE  BAD FOOD...because I had two adult kids here and you just can't be too careful! Roll Eyes Roll Eyes and the one I took out of the trash on March 16th is in it's own little baggy with the glove I was wearing when i pulled it out...didn't know what we were dealing with then..(not sure we still 100% do)

if this was not all so horrible, it would almost be comical...I can't buy all the frozen food I want due to no room... Tongue

edited to add:  remember ...my son ate Harry's "special Kaffe meatloaf".... Roll Eyes  never too careful...
