Hi everyone,

I have exotic animals, and have fed them Mazuri products (a division of Purina)

I've been trying to reach them via their customer service number at 1-800-227-8941, because I want some answers regarding (some of) the ingredients used.

All I get is a recording thanking me for calling customer service, but they're "in a meeting" (I kid you not!) and to visit their web site.

Anyone else experience the same?   Angry

Most of my extended family feed their cats and dogs Purina products so I've been keep a close watch on Purina.  First, I'm disgusted that they wait many days, sometimes weeks, before updating their website.    You'd think that in the current situation they'd post something - anything - at least once each day to either reassure their customers or inform them.

I have 13 cats and 2 dogs and several stray babies who stop by daily.  We can't afford the safer products but we're doing it anyway.  I'll just do without something else.   Wellness is our current choice.

If anyone has ideas of how 2 people working 7 days/week - at least 60 hours - can reasonably feed this gang with homemade foods please post.   Huh

Good luck with your exotics.  They're in my prayers as is every other furbaby out there!
