Received an email from Blue Buffalo that there food is coming out by the end of the month. - wonder who will be making their food?  Did anyone use this before the recalls?  I know they were a recall company, but at least felt good that they pulled their food completely to find a new manufacturer.

We halready have it in my store, we're just waiting to reset the Blue Buffalo section, and then it will be available.  I dont know who they got to make it now though.

My cat was affected by the Blue Buffalo Spa Select canned foods. I submitted a final claim in Nov. (after going through American Nutrition, Inc., as I was told to, then having them contact me to say Blue Buff is taking the claims now. So I had to submit another claim to them). Since I have submitted it, it's been like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to emails. I haven't heard anything about it, I haven't received info from their insurance co. as I was told I would. Basically they aren't going to do anything for me, and my cat's medical bills are increasing by the month. Ridiculous. Would never trust that company again.

Mandy- Welcome to the forums ! Unfortunately this is the same response we have all gotten from all the pf co's. Have you had the food tested ? You might be able to sue in small claims court with test results. Check the limit for your state though. Some have to be under a certain amount. If you know any attorney's,sometimes they will respond to a letter with a legal heading.

Thanks for the reply! I'm not glad to hear that others are facing the same problems that I am, but it's good to know that I'm not the only one.

Unfortunately I do not have food or cans left to test. My cat wasn't really showing symptoms (other than 1 episode of vomiting about a week before the foods were recalled. I didn't really think much of it, since the Blue Buff claimed it didn't use glutens.) I had both of my cats tested, and only she was affected. I managed to get a list of some of the Blue Buff foods I purchased using my PetPerks card at PetSmart, so all I have is that list of receipts and all of her labs. Unfortunately, I don't think it would be enough evidence to take them to court and win.
