Without a doubt, the most revolting, disgusting, and despicable thing I've seen lately. Seeing that Menu Plant made me want to projectile vomit.

It's a great start. But it's a shame it was done in such a "fantastical" style. Less tabloidism, more fact.

The facts about this mess are a lot scarier than the background music & the OMG voice the guy is speaking in. That's the problem with the news now, it's news-ertainment. All of the emotion without the facts to get in the way.

I applaud them for being some of the first to actually cover this though.

Well thats the way news is done these days. Regardless, seeing that plant me sick to my stomach.  It's no wonder those execs are living in 20,000 sq ft mansions.

I just watched the video and it said the pet food plant they were showing was in Michigan, and it's not a Menu Foods plant.  Did I miss something?  I don't think they got inside Menu Foods actual plant, did they?  If it's not Menu Foods, I wonder what plant it is?

I believe they said they drove to Toronto to the plant. Menu Foods is in Streetsville, which is just outside Toronto. It's about 200 miles from Detroit.

How many major networks and 24-hour cable outlets do we have now?  It's amazing that none of the big guys have bothered to visit a pet food plant, yet this little Detroit station can do so. Bravo Detroit!
CNN, are you paying attention?
Investigative journalism is almost dead.

Yes, they said they drove to Toronto, but when they were showing the pics of the plant, they said "like this one in Detroit" so I'm wondering which plant it was?
