And worried again, as usual. And as usual, my trip will be during "those days" of a month, when all the emotional responses and irrational worries get multiplied. Argh.

Please tell me that everything will be OK. Bf will be with the cats as usual. Though he is sulking a bit at the moment because we don;t travel together, and I am going to Hawaii. It looks like its going to be a ncie conference, talks in the morning, posters in the lunch break, and free afternoons Smiley

oooo, hawaii.  Too bad you can't take the kitties with you...you may not want to return!

Everything will be okay.  You solved the mysterious vomiting, and the bf is capable as far as it goes.  You have the vet on speed dial and the weather will be good.

Have fun!  Video conference the kitties at every opportunity.   Wink

Ooh, I also automatically thought about iChatting with the kitties.

As always, things will go great.  If you get to those months moments right before you leave though, watch them wrappers.   Wink

I don't blame BF for being jealous ! Remind him you didn't get to go to Australia either ! He will do fine now that you solved the cleaning problem & you can video chat with he & the cats. Once you hit the sunny beach, your worries will hopefully fade !

It's about time they gave you some input into when these conferences are scheduled!  Wink

More reassurance coming your way.  You have healthy kitties, the new flat, and you are getting rid of the cleaning person who caused so much trouble.  BF knows and loves the cats, and knows how to take good care of them.  All will be well.

Looking forward to a picture or two of those beautiful beaches.  Nice that the conference gives you afternoons off to enjoy them!  Which island will you be visiting?

Argh, as the departure day approaches (Friday) I am more and more nervous. And my conscience is bothering me for giving myself 3 extra days stay. But I normally don;t go on holidays, I always wanted to visit Hawaii, and since I already need to go there might as well use the opportunity since it is a long trip from here (3 and a half hours to Seoul, and then 8 hours to Honolulu, plus waiting time at Seoul).

It always works like - "I've got to get home to the cats!  I've got to get home!!"

and you rush home

and they wake up and look at you like "Oh.  You're home."
