Top scoring petfood brands in eco-friendliness ranking
Just three of 30 popular petfood brands received top scores in a ranking of eco-friendliness by Greenopia.
...

Top scoring brands got a four-green-leaf award and included the Karma Organics line from Natura Pet Products, The Honest Kitchen and Raw Advantage. Nearly one-third of the brands evaluated got the lowest, zero-leaf rating, including Friskees, Iams and Purina.

Not that all these standards are objective or that it doesn't look like you can jimmy your position on this list of standards, but the biggest selling pet foods in the country got the lowest rankings here. That's a little upsetting.

I'm surprised Petropics didn't make that list.

First Contender: Tiki Cat by Petropics

Here’s the first contender in the Natural Cat Food Throwdown, where I sent emails to pet food manufacturers asking how eco-friendly they are. "

Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them
I just am....forever and ever and ever.
