How are the on-line pet food suppliers doing lately?  Is anybody using the services that automatically send your food at desired intervals?  Anybody using pet food direct?  It's been awhile since I've seen any comments about on-line services.

petfooddirect is still taking about two weeks from order to receive for me.  Haven't settled on a brand
so haven't tried the auto-ship.  petfooddirect is good about notifying when your rain-check item is back
in stock.

I would caution all of you that buy online to be aware of the summer heat. Keep in mind that the food is going to sit in a truck for days, in the summer heat and could go bad.

we had this happen to us by buying some food from an open warehouse supplier, gave the dogs the runs. I would see no problem in the cooler months but now would give me pause to think on this.

How are the various on-line food retailers these days?  Is service still slow or has it improved?

About the same for the two I use.  Life's Abundance takes about a week and
Petfoodirect takes two weeks.

Here's an old thread about on-line pet food suppliers.

JustMe,

That is were I ordered my Wellness Healthy Weight, Zukes treats, and Cosequin from.  Being able to get all those items in one place and save on shipping and handling was a great option for me.  I am getting ready to order another bag of Wellness on Monday.  Still everytime I open that bag it smells yummy like blueberries I swear one of these days I am going to eat a piece an maybe grow a tial and some whiskers. LoL thats funny.... i wish i had a tail and some whiskers so i could play with my cats sometimes lol they look like they are having fun when they run and flip and stuff on the beds and the couches.
as for the online food stores i recently used petfooddirect and my shipment got here in like 8 days. im in cali. i also ordered a case for my sisters cats in wisconsin and they arrived the same day as mine. i placed an order with waggintails on the 22nd and it says scheduled delivery on the 30th.  i have used petfood direct in the past once and it took like 2 weeks to get here. i was suprised my last order came so quickly. i think i remember reading they said things leave their warehouse 4-5 days after you order it. i think they changed that to 1-2 but dont quote me on that.
