I tried to catch a corgy running loose in a parking lot in Bellevue. Someone caught one of the corgies, but the other corgy ran off into the woods. They didn't have tags, and no one knew where they came from.

Is there any way I can electronically communicate that there is a dog running around in a parking lot, hoping to find the owner?

Wouldn't that be a good idea to have one web site, perhaps city government run, that lists missing/found dogs and cats by city? Lostandfoundseattle.com

Thank you for the reply. It was very frustrating. I keep thinking about the corgy, hoping someone got him.

mickey- I keep an extra leash,& dog & cat treats in my car for times like that. Also have the local ACO's # in my cell.I figure better the shelter than the street. I hate when you can't catch them, I feel like if anything happens its my fault.
