Our Mission:
The Pet Project helps people keep their pets by providing pet food and basic supplies to those who are struggling.

The Pet Project also provides connections to basic veterinary care and information on finding pet-friendly housing.

The Pet Project helps keep you and your pet together -- and healthy.

In order to be able to offer veterinary services, we will need some information about you and your pet. Please complete and submit the form below. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone other than the veterinarian providing services. When applications exceed available appointments, they will be put into a lottery.

We encourage you to write as much as you want about your relationship with your pet. We may even publish what you write, to share the stories of everyday joy that pets provide. If we do publish your story, you will be identified only by your first name, last initial, and city. Let us know if you would prefer to remain completely anonymous.

Companion Animal Ministry: For People & Their Pets
We serve dog and cat owners who require low-cost assistance with pet care. Our Low-Cost Vaccine Clinic for Pets, held twice per year in spring and fall, includes a basic exam, rabies/distemper combo & parvo vaccinations. Veterinarian and vet techs on site, $20.00 suggested donation per pet. Low-cost microchipping available for an added fee. A portion of proceeds benefits the Animal Humane Society.

Spay/Neuter Subsidy Program: Overpopulation and unnecessary breeding are a major problem in the Twin Cities metro area. If you need financial assistance to properly spay or neuter your dog or cat, please attend a Low-Cost Vaccine Clinic or call and ask about our referrals network. Call us to have a referral list mailed to you: 612-788-2444.
