With dignity, grace and respect Bennie crossed the bridge this morning. For 17 years she owned this house. She was the princess and we were her court.
With dignity, she struggled with CRF, Hyperthyroidism, Arthritis, UTIs and more.
She was a dignified, independent, strong-willed, beautiful kitty. We love her...

I'm so very sorry that Bennie has left you. I love your description of her personality, in the face of the ailments she had. It's also a testament to her caregiver. There is an extra emptiness I think, not just from missing them, but when they have needed a lot of care as well. Now she is whole and forever loved. Godspeed, Bennie. Comfort and hugs to you, Janet.
