My concern with liver is it detoxifies the body.   Tuna, is just so polluted.

Tuna Liver? Never head of that until you posted it here. Most of the fish is so polluted they advise to consume it on a limited basis. I do not eat any fish because of what they are dumping in the oceans and not telling anyone about.
