lol! thankfully my clan of feline five will *do* clams. i just bought a couple of cases off clams/spring water/citric acid of amazon. we're set for the year and i may even get to make some chowder

i'm cruising amazon daily off my shopping list i set up there. it's so much easier for me to get discounts, check sources etc. and the bulk buying is saving me a ton! this AM i realized i had saved enough to pay for my new freezer with a good chunk left over to go towards the new window AC i need for my office/work room. and the time i'll be saving not going to the store all the time will be GREAT!!! and no more reading those freakin' itty bitty labels!
try mixing the clam in with a ground meat that they like in small doses and build up. my cat's favorite meal is what i call gut mash. it's the hearts, livers, gizzards, clams and everything else they need to balance out the raw diet. i originally made it as an easier way to mix it into the gound in percentages, but they like it on it's own, so they will get a small gut mash meal and then sep ground meat/bones. i still mix it sometimes, but i personally get a kick out of asking who wants gut mash, and having them all come running!

interesting info on the taurine! thanks!!
