kaffe glad your aware of the soy and like you said you can always use salt. I use sea salt in all my cooking. I just avoid all soy as I do have a thyroid problem.

Sorry t hear about your thyroid issue... but its really good that you brought the soy issue up --- lots of people are unaware of goitrogens and GMO's (including myself!)

Goitrogens are a detriment to the thyroid so glad you mentioned that word as a lot of people like you said do not know about what this can do to ones system.
