I love this cartoon.

I am so happy to read this about Greece.  My trip was made very unhappy by the amount of stray animals.  I was so furious when the book, "The Cats of Greece" came out.  They were not happy and healthy -- not the ones I saw and especially in Athens.  Most of my dinners went to stray animals and I put all of my drachmas into a local donation box I ran across before I left.  I wrote to the Greek government and local island governments but of course I never heard back.  I'm so happy they're finally getting with the program.
