please check it out and give it some likes Smiley

As many of you know, I have been working with cats for longer then I can remember.  I have done TNR in my communities, helped save cats from dying in high kill shelters, and provided general care.
It has long been a dream of mine to officially start a rescue group, and now is that time. I have dedicated the last 13 years to the care of my son, and while he will always have my love and help and support, it is time I go ahead with the things I need to do for me. I have served my community since I was 16, as a EMT, as a firefighter, a support group leader for parents with children with learning disabilities and as an animal advocate.
It is very exciting to take this a step further and become a non profit rescue group.
Welcome to a Purrfect kind of Love
where our goal is to take older cats from high kill shelters off the euthansia list and place them in permanent foster care with elderly people, providing care, food, vet services and general interaction. Giving enrichment to both the cats and the elderly.
please like my facebook page, and look for shortly more information on our group. There will be a web page, a donation site, twitter feed...etc...

I can use help with paperwork, locating grants for funding, spreading the word, so even if you are not near, there is something you can do to help.

the paperwork is filled out for the 501c3 and although a long process, we will be moving forward while we wait .

The Philly Fox & ABC stations do a weekly spot with local shelters and rescues. After you get all the paperwork finished I would contact them. The tv exposure seems to boost adoptions and donations.
