Can someone give me a "formal" statement about what happened with all the postcards being returned?  E. Hamilton---- can you email me something???  I am going to put it on the website and email the info out to all the media that asked to be notified of events, etc...

I just posted this to Annie's forum about the postcard blitz, but will reply to your question here, Jen.

I sent an email to David Lazarus in Senator Durbin's office and asked how many postcards they got -- not a specific count because I didn't want to ask them to waste their time counting every card -- but a general idea of whether they only got a few or got very many.  I haven't heard back yet, but I will let you know what he says.

I figured that if Senator Durbin got cards, then so did the others on the list.

BTW, I got two of my cards back -- both of them addressed to the FDA Obmudsman.  I sent out three sets of cards, none of the others came back.
