Kelly says: March 12th, 2008 at 1:23 pm Hey folks the blog, the consumerist, is doing voting for the worst company in America and today it’s Comcast vs Menu Foods. Comcast is winning 70% to 30% because people think only 100 pets died and Menu did the right thing. You may want your voice to be heard. Those were some of the most annoying blogs I have every read. UGH, Menu stepped up and fixed their problem those people are clueless at what actually happened. Amazing how some people chose to live in the dark. Oh but wait they had help this time CYA-gate, by the PFI and the press.

"One company kills pets. Another kills file sharing. Which is the greater crime?"
How does one compare these two things?? They are totally different. You mean to compare a company that kills living critters with a loss of file sharing??
No wonder everything is so f'ed up. (avoided the use of the bad word filter)
IF this is what the public thinks is a tragedy, file sharing??

I was just coming back to say someone needs to let the moron who chose the 2 companies know he is an idiot, how do you compare them. Should of been Comcast vs Verizon FIOS or something. Not big poison tragedy vs internet theft.
That is like compairing apples to oranges.

Not big poison tragedy vs internet theft. nutz and internet theft is winning. WOW the brains of the sheeple are really fried. MAYBE too many years of gm foods, and poisoned water, air and earth. Maybe that was the plan years ago. Make them all so dumb so that they think that it is really important if Britney gets her kids back, or if Lindsey does a photo spread, or if Paris says something nasty. Not poisoning pets, people, war, famine, plague, recalls, oh why go on. they aren't listening anyway, too worried about the latest ring tone. That is all we see on the news anymore anyway CRAP. db |

Db, I agree with you. I read those comments at that poll site and was totally amazed but then again not. Its what we have seen so often in this last year. Its real apparent if people had a pet that wasnt affected, they didnt even pay attention to what went on. The comment that it wasnt Menu's fault and that they "fixed" everything now anyhow just made me want to lose my lunch. You betcha, they fixed everything alright......and nice choice of cuss-word to save yourself, lol. I see that Offy knows how to properly spell the word "friggin", lol But anyway, I know how you feel, are we so screwed up nowadays that we vote for our cellphones over poor dead creatures?  |

Just got on the computer at home and let me vote again woohoo................. Bet if Menu Food made lawn fertilizer and it killed or damaged all these computer yuppies lawns they would not be voting for Comcast. Most of these guys probably are very anal about there yard and would just die if something happened to it. Just my opinion, trying to figure out something that would get these guys fired up................ |

I voted. Results so far as of 9:25 c.s.t. Comcast ahead by 3300 votes. So that means those people watch cable rather than have a pet? What a joke - 57,000 channels and nothing on but they remain transfixed anyway. Shows what they consider priority in their lives - inanimate objects vs. living, breathing, loving creatures!
