I have put together a Webshots photo album of affected pets. My pets have not been affected, so I don't have any photos in it yet. Please feel free to give the email address below to anyone with an affected pet...have them email me a photo, pets name, food they ate, date of passing if they died, and contact name/email address, city and state. I think this will serve a similar function as the postcard blitz, but may be able to reach more people.

My email address is AngelSimba61 at yahoo dot com.

Thanks for your help,

Donna

Thank you Donna for starting this topic.  As I said in the blog comments, I think you have a wonderful idea.
Please also post a web site link when you have one?

Great idea.. My kids don't count cause they pre-date the recall....Then the one that is throwing up now and had bladder issues doesn't count cause my vet thinks....its just age all of a sudden  Sad  Angry   but I love the idea

SandyBeach, there are a few people who have contacted me who's pet got sick prior to the recall...they are convinced it was the food they were eating that made them sick. For that reason, I have added them to the website with the date their pet-kids got sick or passed.

That is awesome! It looks really great, too; I like the moving photo effect! I think it is excellent you included the type of food.

This is really nice of you. I sure it will help the family's ease their grief, well, a little bit.

If you get any strong-arm letters giving you trouble be sure to post it; You're not singling anyone out and I can't find anything else that could be wrong with it.

Also post if you get over-whelmed; I can help as I've been studying this 'internets thingy' for a few years now.

Thanks Momma Cat. I think it might be helpful to capture the food and city/state, we might see trends in different regions of the country. I hope the slideshow is helpful in addition to being a memorial.

Please help pass the word.

I surprised myself by getting upset looking at those pictures. I hope I don't have to add my cat to the list.

Wow.......another tearjerker. I can't bear to watch that album fill up.Those of you who have lost an animal BEFORE the recall notice, you too are included here. These products were killing these guys long before they made it public notice. There are too many sick and dying furbabies for it to be hereditary issues. It most definitely IS the toxic foods all these years.
